The undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I/we are members in good standing with the Red Lodge Country Club Estates Property Owners Association (RLCCEPOA). I/we hereby appoint Ron Kuehn, Chairman of the RLCCEPOA Board of Directors, or
, to represent and vote at the Annual Meeting on those agenda items requiring a recorded vote of the Property Owners; or in the event a quorum is not present at the 2026 Annual Meeting, any rescheduled Meeting of the Property Owners.

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Roosevelt Center, 519 S. Broadway, Red Lodge, MT. The meeting is scheduled for 4-6pm MST.
