ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW Submission of an Architectural Review Request is required prior to commencing any construction on your property. This includes new construction, additions or modifications to an existing home, adding a deck, shed, or fence to your property.
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will respond within 30 days of receipt of an Architectural Review Request.

Review Fees: $100 for Remodels, Additions, Decks, Sheds, Fences. $350 for New Construction Payable to: RLCCEPOA
Deposits:
A $500 Solid Waste Deposit is required for all new construction and remodels/additions where is the scope of work is determined to require a deposit. The deposit is returned at completion of construction if the project was not cited by the City of Red Lodge, and there were not significant complaints from property owners concerning the construction project. It is the responsibility of the property owner to notify the ARC when construction is complete and request release of the deposit. See the Solid Waste Deposit form below.
